Learn to cook Kup Gomin with Nyakang

Last month's cooking demonstration with San Win was such fun, we'd like to do it again! On Saturday October 6, farmer Nyakang will prepare kup gomin, a delicious Sudanese dish with corn flour balls and collard greens, during our second cooking demo. Preparing this dish is a great way to take advantage of the collards that New Roots farmers have in abundance this fall. Participants in the demo will meet Nyakang, watch her prepare the kup gomin, try their hand at making corn flour balls, and do a taste test when the cooking is done. We hope to see you there!
